Catering Lead – Panera Bread As a Catering Lead at Panera Bread, you play a crucial role in our catering operations, helping guests plan and choose Panera dishes for their events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow‑ups. Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events. Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain Panera’s standards for food quality. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support managers and team members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Basic food safety training completed; holding a Food Handler’s Card if required by law. Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. Self‑starter who can meet goals with limited supervision. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Own reliable vehicle with an acceptable driving record. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds.
