They strip walls, clean holds, organize materials, and maintain safe and efficient work areas. This position plays a key role in supporting the route setting team’s daily operations. Responsibilities Set up and maintain safe work exclusion zones Follow all CRG safety protocols Strip assigned routes and boulders Clean holds, organize hardware, and maintain tidy setting zones Sort and store bolts, screws, and start tags Assist with wall preparation and teardown as directed Requirements Flexible schedule with early morning and evening availability Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality Comfortable on ladders (up to 14 ft) and ropes (40+ ft) #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Rock Gym
