This role includes the need for good typing and research skills, professionalism to stay off unwanted websites while working, and a strong ability to multitask and change direction as needed. A few duties include, but are not limited to:Serving as the one person who manages and nurtures the department's leads database;Paying careful attention to detail,Pulling applicant background information and reviewing accordingly,Performing routine filing to keep the department in order,Prescreening candidates to determine the most qualified and promising candidates according to a minimum and preferred qualifications.Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
