OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Garland, TX by HMD Trucking

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Responsibilities:
- Secure and tarpaulin flatbed loads
- Complete accurate trip logs and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
You’ll pilot late-model rigs featuring APUs, inverter plugs, sleeper cabs, and rider seats, backed by full in-house maintenance. Enjoy dependable freight, consistent home time, $0.70/mile plus bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a benefits package that covers health, PTO, and retirement savings.
