Sr. Technical Delivery Manager

Job DescriptionRequired12+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs.5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles.Proven experience leading complex infrastructure, data center, cloud, or platform modernization programs.Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs and budgets.Strong executive presence with demonstrated customer-facing leadership.Experience leading large matrixed teams across engineering, consulting, and operations.Demonstrated success managing executive escalations and high-visibility customer engagements.Strong understanding of program governance, delivery methodologies, risk management, and operational excellence.Strongly PreferredData center deployment experience.AI infrastructure, GPU, or HPC delivery experience.Cloud platform delivery experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience supporting large enterprise or global client environments.Infrastructure modernization experience across compute, storage, networking, and cloud.Experience working with strategic OEM partners such as Dell, NVIDIA, Cisco, HPE, NetApp, Pure Storage, Red Hat, VMware, Microsoft, or AWS.PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications.Success ProfileA successful Senior Technical Delivery Manager demonstrates:Deep infrastructure and data center delivery expertise.Ability to lead during high-pressure situations and major escalations.Strong executive communication skills.Ownership mentality and bias toward execution.Ability to coordinate large, highly technical teams.Proven history delivering complex programs from initiation through successful completion.Strong customer relationship management and growth mindset.Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable delivery outcomes.Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $190,000.00 to $220,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
