Web Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer to join our team This contractor role will be instrumental in creating, maintaining, and elevating the visual quality of graphics across our website, ensuring all imagery is on-brand, optimized for web, and aligned with our style guidelines


Key Responsibilities
• Web Graphics Creation: Design compelling, brand-aligned graphics for the website, including hero images, banners, illustrations, icons, diagrams, infographics, and other
visual elements that support product, marketing, and technical content
• Design Production & Execution: Translate requests from content, marketing, and
product teams into polished visual assets Ensure all graphics and artwork are
production-ready, visually consistent, technically accurate, accessibility-compliant, and
optimized for performance across web experiences
• Style Guide Adherence: Follow and help evolve the web graphics style guide, ensuring
consistency in color, typography, imagery, and layout across the site
• Audit & Optimization: Review existing website graphics to identify opportunities for
refresh, standardization, and improved visual hierarchy
• Image Asset Standards: Enforce guidelines for image creation, sizing, file formats, and
usage to ensure high-quality, performance-optimized visuals across the site
• AI-Assisted Design: Leverage AI-powered design tools within creative tools to
accelerate ideation, production, and iteration, while ensuring outputs meet brand, quality,
and licensing standards
• Creative Presentation: Present creative work to internal teams, clearly articulating
creative rationale and the strategic foundation behind design decisions
• Feedback Integration: Interpret and incorporate creative feedback to advance the work,
demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset
• Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, content creators, web producers,
marketers, and product teams to ensure graphics meet requirements and reinforce
brand identity
• File Management: Deliver original art files alongside web-ready exports, and maintain
organized source files for future updates and reuse.

Requirement:

Minimum Requirements
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a
viewable link or access instructions)
• 3+ years of visual design experience in web design or UX/UI design
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with DAM systems and understanding of metadata, tagging, and
categorizing digital assets
• Strong knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and related tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to articulate design decisions in the context of brand, user experience, and
business goals
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Project Timeline
• Available to start immediately
• 40 hours a week
• 6-month contract with the possibility to extend

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
