Manufacturing Operations and Finance Manager

Experience with global operations and finance required. Must have prior leadership role.Accountable for ensuring financial and operational reports are precise for the site.Collaborates closely with Sales and Operations. Manages 3 direct reports. Engages with international divisions.Duties• Supervise a team of 3 in Accounting & Finance.• Oversee Accounting, Financial Reporting & Management Reporting• Direct financial planning and forecasting• Manage credit control for customers in the Americas.• Coordinate local financing and cash flow.• Ensure on-time tax filings and audits coordination.• Cultivate relationships with local financial institutions, authorities and auditors.• Lead or participate in digital transformation and process enhancement initiatives (such as AP workflow, ERP migration)• Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.• Prior international experience is essential!• 7+ years in similar management position.• Recent leadership of a small team.• Background in global commercial operations beneficial.• Proficient in ERP systems• Experience in spearheading or involvement in digitalization projects (e.g. AP workflow, ERP migration)• Strong communication skills and focus on results.• Exhibit proactive attitude, dedication, and versatility.• Drive for ongoing enhancements in systems and procedures.• Operate with honesty and customer-centric approach.• Self-motivated, capable of independent work.
