The Assistant Manager is a critical position for the success of both the guest experience and restaurant operations. They support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate possesses a guest-first mindset , strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should be solutions-oriented , capable of providing guidance to staff, and committed to fostering a hospitality-driven environment . What we expect from you: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff Support training, coaching, and development of team members Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction Oversee scheduling, inventory, and operational efficiency Address guest concerns with professionalism and care Collaborate with management to meet sales and service goals Qualifications: Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays What you can expect from us: Competitive salary or hourly rate Potential for performance-based bonuses Medical benefits for full-time employees 2 consecutive days off weekly Employee discounts and complimentary meals during shifts Weekly Payroll – Receive consistent weekly pay.
