Field Services Technician

Field Services TechnicianThe Field Services Technician will provide onsite desktop and field support for end-user devices, peripherals, and workplace technology with strong customer service and ITSM discipline. All work is performed onsite in Lemont, IL without work or hybrid work options.ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on troubleshooting and break/fix for desktops, laptops, docks, monitors, printers, and peripherals.Support walk-up and field requests; coordinate with service desk for ticket ownership and user updates.Execute device lifecycle tasks including provisioning, swaps, configuration, and retirement; follow asset procedures.Maintain toolkits and standard repair tools; support AV installation requests as needed using standard tools.Comply with safety and site policies; complete required JHQ and training prior to performing work.QualificationsAssociate's degree and technical training preferred; equivalent experience accepted.Minimum of 2 years of related experience.Technology & tools: ServiceNow/Freshworks, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, hardware diagnosticsAdditional/plus experience: SCCM/Intune/Jamf, Apple support tooling (as applicable), basic scriptingPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
