Warehouse Associates

Volt is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates in Athens, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. RF scanner, Forklift - Stand up Reach or Jungheinrich).
• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Reports any mechanical problems.
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, 6-month plus opportunity! Schedule: Monday - Friday

• 1st - 6am- 2:30pm $17.00 per hour
• 2nd - 2pm-10:30pm $19.00 per hour
• 3rd - 9pm-6am $20.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year experience preferred
• English communication skills
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements: 7yr background check, Drug test.

Pay rate: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour - depending on shift

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
