Hourly Pay Range:

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Clinical Coordinator-Emergency Department- PM/Night

Po sit i on H i gh li ghts:

• Position: Clinical Coordinator
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time: 40 hours per week
• Hours: 8 hour shifts-PM/Night rotation w/ rotating weekends

What you will need :

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
• Education: Bachelor?s degree in Nursing required; Master?s degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years? experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred

What you will do :

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
• Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
• Would assume direct patient care if necessary
• Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
• Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
• Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
• Takes lead on clinical performance management
