• Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.

• RN Dialysis
• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within the state of Utah. 
• BLS
• 6 months of experience in a chronic dialysis facility preferred.
