About the Role:

Creating Balance Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL! Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Utilize evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies to support client goals
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and treatment team members regarding client progress
• Assist in the development and review of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and discrete trial training (DTT)
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and Level 2 screening
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Altamonte Springs area
