Licensed Clinical Therapist (1099 Contractor) Hybrid (Virtual + In-Office Option) Brooklyn Center, MN High Earning Potential | Established Referral Stream

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private practice seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join as a 1099 independent contractor. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated clinician who is comfortable building and maintaining a 2530+ client caseload and values flexibility with strong administrative support.

Position Highlights

Compensation

• 60/40 split (therapist receives 60%)
• Average reimbursement equates to approximately $7475 per clinical hour
• 30-client caseload averages approximately $100K+ annually (conservative estimate)
• Psychosexual evaluations compensated at $1,500 flat fee
• Paid biweekly once reimbursement cycle is established

Client Population

• Adolescents (including sex-specific treatment)
• Trauma
• Couples and family therapy
• Depression and anxiety
• General behavioral health concerns
• Psychosexual evaluations (bonus skillset)

Qualifications

• LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Prior 1099 or private practice experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with adolescents required
• Sex-specific treatment experience or ability to conduct psychosexual evaluations is a plus

• Comfortable maintaining 2530+ weekly client sessions
• Understands 1099 contractor structure and tax responsibilities
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating as needed
