Job Description FULL-TIME PSYCH RN NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITY Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented FT PSYCH NURSE SUPERVISOR (NIGHT SHIFT) The Shift Supervisor coordinates, evaluates, and provides as necessary direct and indirect care to the patients of the hospital on his/her assigned shift. Assists in development and directs patient program and schedule to ensure that all elements are satisfied. Supervises patient teaching, insures that the individual treatment plans are followed and that documentation is complete. Assists the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Managers in the policy planning, implementation and evaluation of staff. Contributes to the support of philosophy and objectives, educational efforts and Quality Management efforts. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi. Must demonstrate good mental health, be able to handle multiple pressures, possess critical thinking skills, observe and attend to details, and be able to initiate change. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor of Science in Nursing with one year experience in psychiatric setting. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.
