Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team. Experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply —we’re happy to support therapists at all stages of their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health and PointClickCare
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care plans
Provide education to residents, families, and staff as appropriate

What We’re Looking For

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license , or eligibility to obtain
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation and helping residents achieve their highest level of independence
