We're currently hiring for a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative opportunity with one of Los Angeles' leading nonprofit organizations serving children and families.
Position Details
- Front Desk Reception & Customer Service
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and community members
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and provide general program information
- Perform data entry and administrative support
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office
- Monday through Friday, full time
- Onsite in Los Angeles
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
