Provide functional supervision for 24/7 switchboard communication operations. Recruit, train, evaluate and discipline PBX operators.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in communication software administration, knowledge of Word, Excel, Access programs.
- 1 to 2 years supervisory experience in high volume communication system in a health care environment are required.
