Job Details Job Location: Concord, NC 28026 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: RN License Salary Range: $38.00 - $44.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Monday-Friday & On Call Job Category: North Carolina Full Time RN Medical Team Administrator Cabarrus County Jail | North Carolina Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Occasional Night & Weekend Coverage as Needed What You'll Do As the Medical Team Administrator, you will help oversee the day-to-day delivery of healthcare services within the facility while providing hands-on clinical support when needed. Overseeing and coordinating daily healthcare operations Providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team Delivering direct patient care as needed Coordinating patient assessments, treatments, medications, and follow-up care Ensuring compliance with established clinical policies and procedures Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation Communicating with facility leadership and the SHP healthcare team Supporting staff development, scheduling, and clinical performance Helping maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment Responding to staffing needs, including occasional night or weekend coverage when necessary Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina Current CPR certification Previous nursing experience Leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Full Time Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Pre-Tax Coverage Company-Paid Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability 2 Weeks PTO in Year One with increases based on longevity 8 Paid Holidays + Birthday Off 401(k) Eligibility After 1 Year Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Monthly CE Hours Tuition Discounts & Reimbursement Professional Liability Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Program Paid Bereavement and Jury Duty Leave Why Southern Health Partners?
