Contract | Nights | Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment handling 30–40 cases per day across 11 suites
• Scrub and circulate on a wide variety of surgical cases including neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, GYN, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
• Operate and assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing the DaVinci system
• Collaborate with the charge nurse, manager, and surgical team to maintain patient safety and efficient OR workflow
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EMR
• Float to additional units as required per departmental needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Trauma OR experience required
• Demonstrated experience scrubbing surgical cases
• Robotics experience with the DaVinci system required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including thoracic, vascular, and plastics
• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced OR environments
