Role: Pega Developer

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ/ Fort Lauderdale, FL/ Jacksonville, FL/ Charlotte, NC/ Raleigh/Durham, NC/ New York, NY (2 days on site a week)

Duration: 6 Months with possibility extension

Summary of the role:

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.

Must have hard skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.

Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development

Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.

One or more Pega Architect certifications

Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Candidate profile details:

Degree/Level of Education: University graduate or equivalent experience

Certifications Required: PEGA architect certifications

Years of Overall Experience: 8-10 years of experience

How will performance be measured: Project deliverables

Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background:

8-10 years of experience working as a Pega Developer, Agile mindset is crucial and required 98-10 years would be great) banking/financial elevates a candidate's profile.

Soft skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
