Valley Fitness is hiring a Personal Trainer to join our energetic team! We’re a community-focused gym where you’ll help clients crush their goals while building your own career. What You’ll Do Create customized workout plans Motivate and support clients daily Build a positive, results-driven atmosphere What We Offer Competitive pay: $22–$45/hr Growth and advancement opportunities A fun, supportive fitness community Responsibilities Design personalized programs and conduct one-on-one training sessions to guide clients through exercises with proper form and technique, based on their goals and fitness levels. Motivate, monitor, and support clients to help them stay consistent and committed to their fitness journey, so they progress regularly and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness goals. Measuring and assessing the client's progress monthly, to ensure clients reach their fitness goals. Contributing to making Valley Fitness a clean and safe environment. Qualifications Experience in designing personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to maintain consistency and commitment to their fitness journey. Proven track record of educating clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices that enhance their fitness outcomes. Strong skills in monitoring and adjusting training programs to ensure continuous client improvement. Experience in measuring and assessing client progress to ensure goal achievement. Ability to maintain a clean and safe gym environment, contributing to a positive client experience. Excellent communication skills to effectively guide clients through exercises with proper form and technique. Compensation $22–$45 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
