Required Skills:

• Valid NBCOT certification and Oklahoma state practitioner license
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, particularly with adults in long-term care settings
• Strong assessment and clinical evaluation skills using standardized, evidence-based tools
• Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans adhering to regulatory standards
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Proficient in documentation within electronic health record systems and maintaining accurate patient records
• Knowledge of ADL (Activities of Daily Living) retraining, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device use
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adjust treatments based on patient progress, and assess outcomes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising OT assistants, aides, or students
• Familiarity with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) procurement and management
• Prior participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and trainings
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care or similar setting
• Current licensure and certification compliant with state and NBCOT requirements
