Duration : 13 weeks /3 months

Salary Range : $40 -$48/ hourly on W2

Shift Timing : Night Shift 6p - 6a

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) to join a dedicated healthcare team committed to providing exceptional, resident-centered care. The RN will assist in supervising and coordinating the day-to-day nursing activities within the facility while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN will oversee nursing staff, assess resident needs, administer medications and treatments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and promote the highest standards of quality care and resident safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities during assigned shifts.

· Provide direct nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatments.

· Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.

· Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.

· Delegate and oversee the work of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

· Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

· Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and emergency situations.

· Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

· Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

· Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience required.

· Current BLS certification (or as required by the facility).

· Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
