NOW HIRING – QA TECHNICIAN / QUALITY INSPECTOR

Marathon Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician / Quality Inspector to help ensure every product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the customer. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in producing quality work, this is the opportunity for you!

Position: QA Technician / Quality Inspector
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Category: Production / Industrial

✔ Perform visual, dimensional, and process inspections on processed steel and finished materials
✔ Verify measurements, edge quality, surface condition, packaging, labels, tags, and product traceability
✔ Use measuring tools, inspection equipment, quality documentation, and computer systems to ensure accuracy
✔ Identify and document nonconforming materials before they move through production
✔ Partner with production, packaging, shipping & receiving, and supervisors to maintain the highest quality standards
✔ Maintain accurate inspection records and clearly communicate quality findings throughout the production process

✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, decimals, gauges, widths, and tolerances
✅ Ability to read and follow quality procedures and inspection instructions
✅ Experience using measuring tools and documenting inspection results
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
