Job Description: Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for end to end engineering, support, and modernization of a large scale Salesforce platform used across statewide programs. You will ensure security, stability, and compliance while leading major initiatives, enhancing integrations, and building internal capability through training and documentation. The ideal candidate brings hands on expertise, architectural thinking, and a track record of supporting mission critical enterprise systems.

• Key skills include Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, advanced configuration, and multi environment release management (Dev/QA/UAT/Staging/Prod) with CI/CD.
• Strong API design and integration experience (MuleSoft or similar middleware), with secure data exchange and resilience patterns.
• Expertise in security hardening, identity governance, encryption strategies, audits, and secure SDLC practices.
• Proven ability to design architecture diagrams, technical designs, and operational documentation; capable of mentoring and building internal capability.
• Experience with platform observability, governance, licensing optimization, and enterprise scale operations (sandbox strategy, DR, monitoring, and performance analytics).
