Lead Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary rehab team delivering high-quality inpatient therapy services. You will coordinate PT treatment plans, mentor therapists and assistants, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and case management to optimize patient outcomes. This role balances a reduced caseload with leadership duties, quality initiatives, and staff development. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical PT skills, communication, problem-solving, and a passion for patient-centered rehabilitation care.
