Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary As our Seasonal Retail Store Associate, you will be at the forefront of providing a unique, immersive shopping experience, converting our online presence into a real‑world setting. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store appearance. You will also ensure the sales floor is replenished and unpack and prepare merchandise for display. The ideal candidate is positive, high‑energy, highly motivated, and has a strong sense of style. The goal is to excite customers with our new in‑store experience. Commercial and Education Requirements High school diploma required. Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory; passion for fashion and customer service is most important. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. Upbeat, high‑energy demeanor; enthusiasm to interact with customers and passion for our brand. Strong sense of style. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Physical ability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs. Seasonal Employment Notice This is a seasonal position with an anticipated duration of up to 90 days. Candidates hired with a start date between April1, 2026 and August1, 2026 will be classified as seasonal employees, with a predetermined end date of September11, 2026. Conversion to regular employment is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, individual performance, and availability. Employment is at‑will and may be ended by either party at any time.
