Your Key Responsibilities
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce diagnostic images for physicians' review
- Partner with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee accurate diagnostic outcomes
- Skillfully position patients and finely tune equipment to achieve the best imaging results
- Adhere to safety protocols to protect both patients and staff from radiation exposure
- Keep thorough and current records, including imaging logs and the maintenance of equipment
- Deliver compassionate support throughout the imaging process
- Enhance a safe and organized atmosphere within the imaging department
What You'll Need to Succeed
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is a must; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
Certification Requirements
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is required
- A current BLS certification or ability to acquire one within 90 days of hire
