Specialist Accounting

About the Role A successful Accounting Specialist will assist in reconciling accounts and journal entry preparation, performing routine calculations, posting, and verifying duties to maintain accounting records. The position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to read, understand, interpret, and analyze data. Responsibilities Complete high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project. Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for the assigned department/project. Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist the assigned department/project. Read, interpret, and input data in support of the assigned department/project. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Proficient with office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.). Excellent customer service skills and strong English language skills, both oral and written. Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check. Benefits Weekly paychecks.
