Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: RN Emergency Room Specialty: RN Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 01:00 PM - 01:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion, CPI/MOAB High Risk On-Site Portion Must-Have: Cerner OneChart experience Description: Every other weekend required. No on-call shifts. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and team members. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations is important. Candidates must be proactive in providing patient care. Attention to detail is crucial in this role. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is expected. Comfortable using electronic health records is required. Must be familiar with emergency room protocols and procedures.
