Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full-time hires Competitive pay: $40-$53/hour DOE Additional earnings through: Attended study incentives Scoring productivity incentives Consistent overnight schedule Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Company-Paid Life Insurance Generous PTO Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional development and career advancement opportunities Work with a nationally recognized leader in sleep medicine What You'll Do Conduct overnight polysomnographic studies in accordance with AASM standards Review physician orders, patient histories, and testing requirements Prepare, calibrate, and troubleshoot sleep diagnostic equipment Apply electrodes and sensors and verify signal quality Monitor patient safety and study quality throughout testing Perform PAP mask fittings and titration studies as appropriate Collect, score, and analyze sleep study data Identify and document respiratory, cardiac, neurological, and sleep-related events Prepare study findings for physician interpretation Maintain accurate patient records and regulatory compliance Deliver exceptional patient-centered care to pediatric and adult patients QualificationsRequired Current New York State PSG License Current RPSGT Credential Pediatric sleep experience Completion of an accredited Polysomnography Program Current BLS/CPR Certification Required immunizations, health clearances, and/or titers Strong patient care, technical, and communication skills Preferred CRT or RRT Credential Experience with complex pediatric sleep studies PAP titration experience Sleep study scoring proficiency Knowledge of AASM standards and best practices Compensation $40-$53 per hour DOE Compensation is based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.
