Our MissionThe YWCA of Greater Cleveland is dedicated to elimination racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.Role SummaryThe Senior Accountant supports accurate, timely financial reporting and sound controls so programs and services are backed by reliable data. Key responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, preparing monthly close entries and reconciliations, supporting audits, assisting with budget-to-actual reporting, and helping strengthen accounting procedures.Required qualifications/skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation skills- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel- High attention to detail, discretion, and clear communicationIf you're ready to apply your expertise in a mission-driven environment with work-from-home flexibility, we encourage you to apply.
