Process and dispense medications in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure safe, age-appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients. Improve pharmacy processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1500 hours in pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years full-time experience in pharmacy services within a health system or medication technology environment. Preferred experience with current medication technology systems and working independently and within complex teams. Licensed and in good standing with the relevant State Board of Pharmacy. Memberships in professional pharmacy organizations are encouraged.
