What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for Virginia)
• ASHA Certification: CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt interventions for a diverse student body
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for progress

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and set therapy goals
• Document intervention strategies and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary solutions
