As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Tampa, FL at the Dale Mabry and Spruce branch (1915 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33607). Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactively manage leads and generate referrals to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch.
• Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills.
• Work with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Work Experience
