Job Summary:

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center, a leading healthcare provider in southern Ohio, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellness and satisfaction of our residents by providing exceptional support in food preparation, service, and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal and snack preparation, maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to dietary requirements
• Work in the dish room as requested, ensuring efficient and clean food handling practices
• Serve food and/or assist residents in mealtime, providing excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens and dining rooms, adhering to industry standards and regulations
• Assist our Cooks in preparing meals, utilizing your culinary skills and knowledge

Mandatory Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Experience in quantity food preparation/production, preferred

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
