Architectural Revit Designer

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Architectural Revit Designer will create, update, and coordinate 3D architectural models and construction documents for modular projects, working in a hybrid role with some days in the Richmond, VA office and others remotely. Key responsibilities Develop architectural Revit models and produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and resolve design inconsistencies Maintain architectural design standards and support the training of junior designers in Revit workflows and BIM standards Required qualifications Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation Experience coordinating architectural models with various design disciplines Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and applicable building codes Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
