The Momentum Trainee program at Selective Insurance is a robust 9-month development track designed to build foundational insurance knowledge through classroom learning, business rotations, and on-the-job training. Trainees will start this July 2027 at our Short Hills HQ before transitioning to regional offices in the Northeast.
