Role Overview; We are seeking a Deskside Admin / EUC Support Admin to provide onsite and remote L1/L2 end-user support across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, peripherals, identity, endpoint management, and ITSM processes. The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, documentation, and endpoint administration skills.

Mandatory MUST-HAVE Skills

• Windows Desktop/Laptop & End-User Support Hands-on L1/L2 troubleshooting of Windows OS, applications, hardware, peripherals, VPN, printing, LAN/Wi-Fi, and mobile devices.

• Microsoft Endpoint Technologies Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune and/or Configuration Manager .

• Endpoint Provisioning & Management Experience with Windows imaging, configuration, deployment, replacement, patching, security controls, and endpoint lifecycle management.

• ITSM / ServiceNow & ITIL Processes Experience managing incidents, service requests, problems, changes, assets, ticket prioritization, documentation, and SLA-driven support.

• Troubleshooting & Customer Service Strong analytical, communication, documentation, prioritization, and user-facing support skills with the ability to manage multiple requests independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote L1/L2 technical support to end users.

• Build, image, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission Windows endpoints.

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, browsers, and business applications .

• Perform authorized Active Directory and Entra ID tasks including password resets, account unlocks, and device domain joins.

• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or an ITSM platform .

• Maintain hardware/software inventory, asset tagging, stock records, and disposal documentation.

• Support joiner, mover, and leaver activities.

• Troubleshoot VPN, network connectivity, printing, user profiles, hardware, and application issues.

• Ensure endpoint patching, antivirus, encryption, firmware, and security configurations are maintained.

• Escalate complex issues to network, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams.

• Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and known-error documentation .

• Support office moves, meeting-room technology, desk setups, hardware refreshes, and pilot deployments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ITIL certification and practical ITIL-aligned support experience.

• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification .

• Experience supporting meeting-room/AV technologies and office moves.

• Strong knowledge of remote-support and endpoint-management tools .

• Relevant IT diploma/degree or equivalent practical experience.
