Print Finishing Associate- 1st Shift $1000 Sign On Bonus

• 500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months

Operates moderately complex post‑press equipment of intermediate to advanced difficulty. Typical duties include preventive maintenance, use of basic to moderate computer systems, and processing multiple product types. Responsibilities General Bindery Operator duties include Advent Machine operation, cutting, handwork, 3‑hole drilling, and packing. Perform a complete set‑up of the press efficiently, which may include monitoring equipment, maintaining a supplies stock area, checking order shipments, stamping and proofreading customer orders, and generating labels. Determine and understand all order instructions and run the press productively while meeting job requirements for ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, and required attributes, ensuring a quality level that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Resolve production issues by altering the process to meet additional specifications and notifying the Team Manager to obtain additional information or resources as required. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $20.00 – $21.00 per hour. The position includes a yearly performance incentive plan. Base pay varies based on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of warehouse experience. 1 year of plating experience. Strong PC knowledge.
