Job Title: Marketing Consultant Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze complex marketing datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic recommendations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and enhance AI-driven marketing models.
3. Create detailed rubrics and frameworks using advanced marketing knowledge to assess model performance and campaign effectiveness.
4. Deliver high-quality, articulate written and verbal communications to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
5. Guide the customer's team in best marketing and consulting practices to optimize campaign outcomes and business growth.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements relevant to marketing.
7. Continuously iterate on consulting approaches to maximize impact in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related role.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear business insights.
4. Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, campaign assessment, and consulting methodologies.
5. Proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and leveraging data for model improvement.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
7. Proactive mindset, always seeking innovative ways to drive results and foster collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Average of 7+ years of professional experience in marketing consulting or related field.
2. Background in training, evaluating, or deploying AI-driven marketing tools or technologies.
3. Advanced certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or AI applications in marketing.
