Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:
- We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
- We have a track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for data parsing, logic handling, and reporting.
- We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have worked with SQL databases.
- We have practical experience developing in live, real-world environments rather than mocked setups, including multi-turn system interactions.
- We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-signal technical feedback on intricate system behavior.
- We have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where data gathering leads to thoughtful, reasoned outputs.
- We are comfortable connecting agents to live tools and APIs, such as Supabase, Gmail, and similar services, to solve operational challenges.
- We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking, including use of MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
- We can recognize subtle failure modes, including privacy leakage, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.
- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents.
- We contribute to the development of proactive, multi-step agents capable of planning, coordinating, and optimizing complex architectural workflows.
- We support collaboration with leading AI organizations to strengthen large language models for real-world task execution.
- We evaluate system behavior carefully and provide detailed technical input on complex orchestration and integration scenarios.
- We identify weaknesses in agent behavior, including security, privacy, and instruction-following issues.
- We work on challenging projects that require thoughtful debugging, analysis, and refinement of live systems.
