Jr. M365 Administrator

Summary We are seeking a Jr. Microsoft 365 Administrator to support daily operations across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration tools. This role will focus primarily on service requests, access management, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support while also assisting with smaller internal projects. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day support requests related to Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. Support SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange access requests. Troubleshoot mail flow issues, delivery problems, and message header details. Create and manage shared mailboxes, guest users, SharePoint sites, and Teams sites. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and external sharing processes. Help users build and maintain SharePoint structures and collaboration spaces. Draft and maintain Knowledgebase articles and standard support documentation. Support backup services and related operational tasks as needed. Participate in smaller internal projects and process improvement efforts. Escalate complex issues while providing clear documentation and handoff notes. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, collaboration support, or related IT operations. Experience supporting Exchange and Microsoft collaboration tools. General knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange. Ability to troubleshoot access, permissions, mail flow, and collaboration issues. Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, shared mailboxes, and guest accounts. Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work in a primarily operational support-focused role. Preferred Microsoft 365 certification. Associate’s degree. Experience with backup services. Exposure to Power Platform. Experience with Entra ID. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with our Kansas City, KS client.
