Support Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Support Specialist – Field to support field leadership and daily construction operations across multiple jobsites. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. 3–5+ years of administrative experience in commercial construction, specialty trade contracting, or engineering project environments. Proficiency in Excel, electronic timekeeping systems, Box, and mobile workflow tools. Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment. What You’ll Do Coordinate new hire onboarding and Day 1 site orientations. Manage weekly timecard collection, verification, and superintendent approvals. Track safety certifications and coordinate renewals with the Safety Team. Maintain and organize project documentation using Box. Support labor data reporting, compliance documentation, and project administration. Assist with iPad tracking, mobile timekeeping applications, and construction software. Provide administrative support to superintendents and field leadership across multiple projects.
