Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $20 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. As a Home Care CNA, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy, and safe life at home. Why you'll love this role: Consistent location for the entirety of your shift Supportive team environment 1:1 client connection What you'll do: Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with daily tasks (ADLs & IADLs) like errands, meals, and housekeeping Support clients with household organization and routines Communicate updates to the care team Document visits and follow care plans What you'll need: Active North Carolina CNA Certification Must have an active, unencumbered NC drivers license Ability to assist with mobility and lifting Current CPR certification is preferred Compensation for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for evening and weekend shifts.
