You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the initial inquiry through to the final sale. This position requires a deep understanding of Honda's product offerings and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in dealership sales or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience selling Honda vehicles or familiarity with the Honda brand.
• Sales certifications or training in automotive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about Honda vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall sales goals.
