Sharp HealthCare is excited to welcome Tri-City Medical Center employees as part of our system. This application allows us to gather required employment information to support your transition. Please ensure your employment history is complete and accurate, as it may be used for future years of experience determinations. This position is for all TCMC Employees that DO NOT require a professional license. If you are in a technical or certified role such as Surgical Tech, Imaging Techs, Certified Nurse Assistant, ED Tech, Pharm Tech, etc., please complete this application. Be sure to upload a copy of any certificates that may apply to your role.

Will there be an interview as part of this application process? No. There is no interview associated with this application. It is being collected for record keeping purposes only.

Why is it important to complete the application fully? It is very important that all employees complete the application fully and accurately. This information will be used as part of the transition into Sharp HealthCare systems over the next two years.

What work history should I include in my application? Employees are asked to include their full work history, not just recent positions or roles related to their current job. Sharp HealthCare uses work history to assess years of experience for each employee.

Will my information be verified? Employment verification may be conducted as needed. It is important to ensure that all information, including dates of employment and employer names, is complete and accurate.

Essential Functions:

• Under general supervision, the Non Licensed Employee performs support, administrative, clerical, technical, or patient-support duties as assigned. This role supports departmental operations and/or patient care services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.
• Perform assigned duties specific to department or role
• Support daily operational workflows and team needs
• Provide customer service to patients, families, staff, and visitors as appropriate
• Accurately complete documentation, data entry, or records as required
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• Participate in required orientation, training, and transition-related activities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
• Basic computer, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
