Senior Management Analyst Salary: $103,608 - $138,859 annually + excellent benefits. The City of Elk Grove is currently accepting applications for a Senior Management Analyst to be part of the Finance Department. The position is responsible for performing complex analytical, operational, financial, and programmatic assignments in support of departmental and organizational initiatives. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the ideal candidate will possess progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, organizational improvement, compliance oversight, project management, and operational support. The candidate should be a highly skilled problem solver with experience in grants administration, procurement coordination, ERP systems, policy development, process improvement, and strategic project implementation. The role requires presenting information to executive leadership, committees, and the City Council. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage complex assignments independently, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
