Key Responsibilities Provide routine and emergency nursing care for youth in our residential and outpatient programs. Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with state regulations. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and staff to support the health and well‑being of each youth. Conduct health assessments and monitor for signs of illness, injury, or medication side effects. Educate staff and youth on health, hygiene, and wellness practices. Ensure compliance with all medical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida. Experience in pediatric, psychiatric, or trauma‑informed care preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
